Editing thread titles!

I know this might seem silly but we can't get edited thread titles to show as the newly edited title on the thread links.
Am I missing something here, when we edit thread titles it shows as edited within the thread but not on the forumdisplay. Is there a setting somewhere that I haven't found yet?

In thread tools on top of the post then edit thread, that will allow you to edit the title

Some forum skins have a very buggy thing where you cant edit thread title as it is shown in the thread list of a subforum.

Try doubleclick next to the thread title in the sub forum.. like 10 pixels away from the last letter. You should be able to edit that way around.
