thats not the font, thats gfx, you can get the original psd here....

FW is " Adobe FireWorks CS 4 " .... with PS....ok i will try to do that ...

Pretty sure Fireworks doesn't do PSD, they are usually PNG files it uses. Photoshop is what you need to be using on a PSD

Yeah I open it with PS , but i cant edit that text it just can move it ... i cant edit that :S ..... ???? what to do now ?

actually its not a text[font], its graphics.. you simplt have to create a new logo with same type of techniques used in that logo, yo can only take a hint from it, but cant actually edit it... i think requires some pro skills, you can ask phrophet or error404for that, i think they may help you..
