Edit Custom Profile Fields..

Is there any code/modification where you can edit a custom profile field somewhere outside the 'Edit Your Details' page?

Specifically, I'm looking for a code that I can put on FORUMHOME
 
Hmm.. Let me elaborate a bit... I've added an attachment.. to show you what I mean.

I want that in my FORUMHOME (including edit value pencil)
 
It'll be easier to update?
I'm adding a 'What are you doing' field, and I want a edit field for that in FORUMHOME so people can edit it from there.
