surely something there will be helpful for you, they are all excellent resources.I like <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.bluerobot.com">www.bluerobot.com</a><!-- w --> its on fred's list. It does not have a lot there, but it has some good rudimentary stuff... left menu right menu 3 col + centering.thanks guy, yea lots of people say w3 school but it is so dang hard to find the info gotts click to 50 pages to get to one thing or you cant find it at allIt also doesn't thelp that W3Schools (<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_layout.asp">http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_layout.asp</a><!-- m -->) suggestion for layout is to use tables and doesn't have a layout section under CSS at all. But we can't really blame them though for not having a CSS Layout section, as there are multiple ways of doing so with CSS.
Now if they suggested a simple "common practice or rudimentary" cross-browser solution, that wouldn't be so bad.
