I have written an e-mail newsletter in HTML format which I have sent via outlook express. The problem is that the code contains hrefs to anchor tags in the newsletter and these don't work in Outlook express. When the links are clicked the newsletter opens up in a new window with Internet explorer and does not reference the anchor tags in the e-mailed document in outlook express.<br />
