dynamically adding a control to a form

hi all<BR>can anybody please tell me how to add a control dynamically to a form. I have to add a combination of one dropdownlist and 2 textboxes dynamically on click of a button. The names of the controls also have to be dynamically given.<BR>i wud appreciate if i get a quick response on this.<BR>thanks in advance
