Does anyone know a nice option to show the user the image he/she has choosen with a <INPUT TYPE=file.... explorer?<br />

I am working with servlets and am trying to avoid to put all the data of the page in the session in order to load the picture, to show the user what image he/she has selected, on the consecutive page.<br />

Thanks a lot.<!--content-->not possible without uploading the image to the server first. if it is possbile than I am all ears.<!--content-->I'd have to agree.... though obviously it could be with an active x script on a windows box. The most noticible reason is that you'd be asking a web browser to read contents off of a local machine. Thats a security violation. <br />
