Dynamic Page Content addition

Hi there, all i need to do is basically display some content on the webpage when the User clicks a specific button. There is too much content on my page so i want the user to be able to click the button and the content will appear below (without refreshing/submitting the page - that's too easy!!). Then i need another button that will in turn hide this same content... <br />
