Dynamic Links in NavBar with VBAdvanced

Here is my question. I installed vbadvanced. I would like to add link to the Navbar, just before the usercp. If users are on the Forum, I would like the link to be Portal. If they are on the Portal, I want the link to say Forum.

How do I do this?

Ok, I was able to add a link to the Portal. Now, if my members are on the Portal, how can I get the Navbar to display a link to the forum.

Anyone?
