Dropped domain is listed at eNom ... then at Snapnames. WTF?

Are eNom and Snapnames the same company? I didn't think they were. A dropped domain was listed yesterday as a 'Club Drop' auction at eNom, but failed to attract any bidders. Today, I get an email from Snapnames telling me that they've acquired the domain and that I'm currently the highest bidder in a 'private' auction!

So either eNom and Snapnames are in bed together, or Snapnames just happened to be offered the domain by eNom within 24 hours of it dropping - highly unlikely.

Any ideas folks?

Looks like they're working together to squeeze every penny out of the potential buyer(s).
