downloadsII - 5.0.8 Problem

I uploaded everything right, and chmodded my downloads.php files to 777.

but when I went to mysite.com/downloads.php , I get this message.

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Edit : I just uploaded my .htaccess file (in the last post, I was at work, so I couldn't access ftp)

So I uploaded it, but I still get the same message.

I do have a vBulletin 3.7.3 patch 1, maybe its not compatible with it? iono.
