DownloadsII 5.0.6 Weird Error [help please]

Im using DownloadsII 5.0.6 on Vbulletin 3.6.8!

Everything is setup just! when you goto upload a file it refreshes the page and says:

Fields marked in RED must be filled in!

Well all fields are filled correctly!

This error occurs when uploading from remote source and also from a url dir!

Anyone got me some advice and help!
