I have tried to create a link to a word document, but when you select it the message 'The page cannot be found' appears' in the new window. How can you do this?<br />

veedee<!--content-->Check that the pathname is correct. If you created the link locally and then uploaded the files to your site, your link may not work anymore depending on how you did it. If you post your code or a link to the bit of your site where you are trying to do this, I'll have a look for you.<!--content-->Well the path was wrong. I don't understand how that could happen because I browsed to it in Dreamweaver, perhaps I moved it later outside Dreamweaver.<br />

Do you need to have Word on your PC to be able to view the document in the IE?<br />
