download point Hack/Mod????

is there a hack/mod that allows members to gain points for posting and to use those points 2 download things. suchs as themes and other type of files kind of like a virtual shop where u need points to download sumthing im running vbulletin 3.8.0

Ex: there is a theme that cost 5 points and u have 10 points so u click download and it give u the download and subtracs 5 points from ur points. but if u have 4 points and click download u cant dowload untill u have the require points.
 
I heard about a mod called : " the market "
it has a similar idea that gives your members some points
and then they could buy some options from the site
but I don't know where
you could get it
