It's just a slightly customised theme with a sidebar. There are lots of skins with sidebars, just check the skins section here. You can integrate your forum with a VBAdvanced page with a sidebar too, filled with whatever code / vba modules you want.
 
well to be specific. I only kinda like the way postbit looks.

its like a bubble thingy.. if you notice.. how do you do that? i know its based on the theme, but is there some themes that actually looks like them?
