I am mildly interested in the new Dot Pro domain names as I see that ICANN is going to open up the eligibility rules a bit. My problem is that much of the stuff I have found on the web about the new top level domain is four or five years old and apparently has changed drammatically in the past few months:

Does anyone know much about the new application process, who is eligible, what these 1,400 new eligible professions are and whether or not purchasing such a domain is even worth the $100/year registration fee?
