Domains not in my name

I recently found out that the following domains that I purchased were not put in my name at purchase.

I sent the money to the host, along with the payment for the first month, and thought they were put in my name. Seeing that they werent, I cant use them anywhere else, can I?

The sites are now dead, because I ceased payment until I was able to find out what I could do about this....
