Domains expired, Not viewable? Whats wrong?

Hi, I get my domains through godaddy.com just like everyone else just about and I had quite a few domains just expire within the past two months. I have not been on in a while and when I just got back on the other day, All domains are gone from the My Domain page and I can't see them in my renewals. Also on the registration page it shows the domain is sold and can be backordered. What do I do to get the domains back that I would like? It says they keep them for 42 days or so. I also emailed GoDaddy support and have yet to hear back from them. (PITIFUL) Thanks for any help!Cameron
