Need some advice. Our company has changed it's name and, of course, we obtained a new DNS. We've been sending emails to our customers under our old DNS for some time now. We are scared to death to change our emails (From address) to our new DNS figuring a lot of customers will see us as "junk" mail. One option will be to send emails to our customers preparing them for our name change and to request they add us to their "safe" list. Is there any other way to switch our emails to a new DNS without potentially losing customers?
