Definitely they create link juice if we get links from quality or high pr website. It may and also may not. If there are links that point toward the profile that it can pass to the profile link, then it is probably yes. But if there are no links that point to the profile then not. So called link "juice" doesn't magically happen. Yes they do! As long as it is on a quality forum the profile links provide excellent juice

A profile, for me, should be properly filled-up for formality, information and details for other members. A profile that does not provide any information is most probably generated by automated spam software. Profile links are a great way if you want to waste time! The majority of these are never indexed, never count as a link and usually come from irrelevant sites (not related to your content/site).
They aren't major social network links and are probably one of the things hammered in the latest Google update. Angela has made some money on her link service which is almost exclusive to profiles.
