I wonder if Panda update affected article syndication on multiple websites. Almost every SEO syndicate same articles on many directories. My question is does these syndication are worthless for ranking of websites linked in the articles? If yes what to do for quality links considering Panda? I think it's too soon to say definitively if article syndication will maintain its previous value concerning the links placed within articles. You may still be able to spin an article, but you need to be skillful at it to be successful. Besides, all that syndication just for SEO is spam, I'm surprised Google hadn't dealt with it earlier. Yeah, In fact, Panda is very much conscious with the content Reality, Uniqueness, Originality, and relevancy. So, Be aware about that and keep your self on the safer side by getting penalized and slapped by Google.
