Does Google Booksmarks helps in SEO and provide a backlink. I have around 15 domains and if I add all domains in Google Bookmarks will I get one backlink for each domain? I think this will also help in SEO if I request 15-20 people to add my links in their Google Bookmarks?

GCS Google bookmarks will not help you to get result in SEO. If you want to get benefits from various social bookmark activities so, try some do follow social bookmarking websites. If you will create proper profile over there so, It will crawl by Google or any other search engines. Maintain that profile & get some Google page rank. It will give you more benefits compare to multiple social bookmarking profiles. To generate backlinks from Google try setting up a Google Maps ( now Google Places ) directory listing. This should help with PR too.

Google bookmarks is just there for you to save links that you think are important and so you can visit the site in just one click. It has nothing to do with SEO nor backlinks.
