Hi,Does anyone know if the alt text on a page helps that page at all if the image it's on isn't a link? Is there any example of a site ranking for a word that is only in the alt text of an image on that page? If the answer is "no, it won't help the page rank for that keyword", then would it help if that image with the alt text was linking to the same page that it's on?ThanksAlways use alt text - its an extra way to get your keywords in - spiders don't see images - but they read the alt text.whether its on a link or a normal pic - it always helps.The ALT text matters a lot of you
