Do RSS feeds increase organic ranking of a webpage? I don't think so.
But it will surely help to get your pages indexed to Google fast as Google can get latest pages of your site from the feed. To some extent, we could say RSS feed would have in building backlinks for our new pages as you might have seen forums like v7n would accept your blog feed or rss feed in the user control panel.
