Please help on this

1. Word replacement

Suppose In a forum a user write forum then the forum word will replace to admin or some thing else.

2. Ip ban

Uppose I want to bann a perticular ip address that the user can not use that ip address for the register a new account or visit that forum site.

I am search the both but i can not find it.

Please any one search it for me and me the link here

3. And Also Please help on this also
i want to give flash banner / logo on my forum how i do that
