Is there anyway to use div tags without having them create line breaks?<br />

I tried white-space: nowrap; and I know span will work, but I think span was deprecated wasn't it?<!--content-->Span hasn't been deprecated (I hate the word, they could have come up with something better).<br />

If you must use a DIV without line breaks, you could force it to go inline... but the span is there for that.<!--content-->So span is okay then. Good to know, thanks, I thought I read it was deprecated.<br />
