<Div> causes problem with textbox in NS

I'm having problems with a <DIV> tag, which for some reason is making it impossible for users to alter the values in my textboxes <input type="text">. This problem only appears in Netscape. Anyone who has experienced similar problems?<!--content-->Try validating your page.<!--content-->We'll need a link. Sounds like there's another element overlapping the textbox (i.e., it has a higher z-order resulting from the z-index property), hence disallowing users from altering its value.<!--content-->
