Is there any way to display custom text in the status line of the browser, using only CSS, when the mouse hovers over an object?
Also, in reference to IFrames, is there any way to set the size of the frame to 100% x 100% and actually have it expand to said measurements without having data within the IFrame?

Just setting the height and width to 100% would do that, AFAIK, unless you mean something else.
