Digg/Delicious/StumbleUpon/etc. Social networking for SEO

What do you all think of adding pages such as real articles to sites like Digg, Delicious, and StumbleUpon for SEO reasons?Does little for SEO. But if your article or page is worthy of social bookmarking you will see benifits in the way of targeted traffic.As meman said, they're more useful for traffic than SEO, but it all helps in the long run. e.g., the more people you have visit, the more likely you are to be linked to in, I don't know, a blog post, and links spread that way.I've noticed that if I do a Google search on which pages link to my site via google. A search on "link:www.websitename.com" it turns up delicious pages. Every article added to digg gets several pages generated with links to that domain. The same is true with stumbleupon...Yeah, It's a link, Chances are it wont be a particularly beneficial link though.Stumbleupon for example, which generates multiple links and in many cases many for popular pages has a pagerank of 7. We all know how valuable wikipedia links can be.What about other wiki's? There are a ton of groups out there for expecting/new moms. You could look to join these groups and post coupon codes, information and sales to the groups. This would help build loyalty and more sales.
