Difference between Iframe and position div

I am having an issue about the pop and \[code\]iframe\[/code\]. I want to show a window or \[code\]div\[/code\] to pop in the center of the screen to show the contents.My question is, should I use \[code\]iframe\[/code\] or \[code\]position div\[/code\] for this type of requirment.What's the main different between these. I thought \[code\]position div\[/code\] will basically replace the\[code\]iframe\[/code\]. Am I right? Thanks a lot!
