DHTML and HTML Problems in IE versus Netscape

Could someone, who has time take a look at my site, please give me a hint on how to get this to look good in both Netscpae 4.0 and above and IE 5.0 and above. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am a rookie HTML'er<!--content-->It would be nice if you gave us the URL! hehe<!--content-->
