I'm doing Computer science degree and doing my final year project my project is based on network security in which i have to develop a tool or an API to secure web application more likely detect and prevent attacks taken from OWASP top 10.I really need an advice on this that what sort of programming language I should use? I'm looking at ASP.NET, I really need an advice examples of an web API that deals with security.
