Detect clone users

Guys, any hack to detect clones?

we can see, going to admincp, then edit user and view IP address but, if a user has many IPs, is a little to boring see many IPs.
 
Thanks but, that hack only see multiple logins, if they has logged in same time.

What I wish is, for example:
- a user is banned
- if this person register and make login, by some way, we are notified.

Or:
- a user is banned
- and he/she has other nickname (other login). If he/she makes login, the system will notified us.

Well, some hack that view duplicate IPs, whatever.
