Default a tag in CKEditor

I was wondering if its possible to add something in CKEditor that it will automatically add a p tag when the user starts editing. Like, when i type \[code\]Hey\[/code\] CKEditor will see, oh, there are no tags around this word/sentence (like h2, h3 etc) just add the p tag. Then the code will be \[code\]<p>Hey</p>\[/code\].If you don't understand what i mean here, please reply. Don't know a better explanation.Thanks.
