I coded a page by hand (I didn't use any programs, Frontpage, GoLive) and I found that in winME, there are no errors but in win98 there are errors. I believe that the 98 system was running IE 5.5. Does anyone know of a program or way to debug. It said that ther were errors on a specific line. What does that mean? Line?
Thanks,
AlexYou had this site on Geocities before, right?
When you got your own domain name, you just copied the files directly over?

Well, I think if you remove everything above and below the <html &
tags, it should remove the errors.

Geocitiesc adds it's own code to pages that are uploaded to their server. By removing these, your problems should be solved.Well the only tag I have after
is <plaintext><plaintext> and thats so the geocities banner. I currently use geocities free service and namezero's domain service. All they do is redirect a request to www.raindesigns.com to www.geocities.com/raindesignz. Grifter, you have helped me with many of my problems and I just wanted to thank you for that.
I would suggest going to your site (on-line) and viewing the source there. This is the script that I am seeing:

Check it out. Because, when I copied and pasted it into a txt file, I came up with no errors. This was after I removed the code from the bottom of the page.
