Debugger problems...

Debugging used to work with .NET. Now it doesn't. When I hit start, I get<BR><BR>Unable to start debugger on the server. You do not have permission to debug the server.<BR><BR>I've checked under the Debugging Group and I went ahead and added everyone to this group. Still no luck.
