Does anybody know the best way to calculate the total of a numerical field bound to a datagrid. I've made this datagrid editable and also need to recalculate this total after any editing. This is my first project with ASP.net and believe this should be fairly easy, I've just not found anything on it yet. Thanks for any help and I enjoy reading a lot of your posts.If your datagrid is bound to a dataset, you may find it easier to feed the edits back to your dataset, do your recalculations there, then re-bind to the datagrid.<BR><BR>I've tried working with data read directly from the datagrid and found it to be a lot of code and hassle. The underlying dataset is a lot more friendly.<BR><BR>Good Luck,<BR><BR>Tom T
