I going to develop a web site that using dynamic graphics which drawing graphs, pie charts and other statictical graphs. The problem is " Can I design a web site without using any database?"
Normally this web site is to provide customers to view stages of their project flow in our company.
Did I need to maintain it frequently if I not using any database?
