Database not connect

I Chnage my new host . all evrything is ok but main problem

*mysql_connect(): Access denied for user 'XXXXX_XXXXX'@'98.130.2.61' (using password: YES)*

my old database name and user name total different.

i import old database and try to connect in new server..

PLz help me..

Make sure all details in include/config.php file are correct.

You have to give full rights to your mysql user. You can manage these rights in your Cpanel.
