DataBase Error class_core.php Line 274

Good day to all of You...this is the problem I am facing right now...
something wrong with my class_core.php

Database error in vBulletin :

mysql_connect() [<a href='function.mysql-connect'>function.mysql-connect</a>]: Access denied for user 'xxxx_xxx'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

I already check everything I have specailly username and password of my database.

These are the things that I did.
1. i delete the database and create one with the same together with the username and password.
2. I upload the backup and try to browse if it is working. Unfortunately nothings happen.
3. Once again i delete the database and username and create them again with same name... at this time i didnt upload the backup.
4. I upload the raw vbulletin ( the installer ) Just wanna try to install it again to see if it is working.
5. After successfully installed vbulletin, i upload the backup to the new database and overwrite it with the new one I previously installed and overwrite also all the files I have. It is successfully uploaded and the site runs well. but the problem is, when I try to view the existing post nothing in there. It says it doesnt exist and the members also cannot login with their respective username and password unless they register again....


Guyz, I hope someone can help me with this headache problem of vbulletin.
