Hi. I just installed Dadamail and need to send a weekly newsletter to about 5,000 subscribers once a week.<br /><br />I've read the suggestions about using batch send -- my question is what I should set it at... i.e. what is the maximum TCH will let me send at once, over a period of time?<!--content-->

The short answer is that they don't want to encourage spamming, and they don't want potential spammers to open accounts at TCH. If they publish exactly what is allowed, it might encourage abuse of the system. <br /><br />Paying customers can open a help desk ticket to find out. Non paying customers should look elsewhere if they are wanting to set up an account to send spam from.<!--content-->
