CYB- Chatbox on all pages need help

Is there a way to make the chatbox show up everywhere and not just on the home page. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

cyb settings - something will say "show on all pages" in the box it will say index. remove index

Thats doesnt work, if you remove index then it wont show on any page at all.
