Custom Web Site Icons...

Some web sites have a custom icon for their site that appears next to the document's title... A couple of examples are ups.com and ask.com

The only way I know of how to set up a custom icon like this is by using front page ( I think )

Does anyone know how to get a custom icon like these set up?

Any suggestions and info would be greatly appreciated :Dthis may help...
