Custom Permissions

Is there any way to implement Custom Permissions, like:

Hide Posts from Usergroups X, Y, Z from Usergroup A?
But Usergroups X, Y, Z would still be able to see all Posts, while Usergroup A
can only see Posts from Usergroup A and maybe Admin/Mod Posts.

I haven't found a way to hide Posts, not Threads
 
Alright now I found a little explanation to the whole System here.

What it doesn't explain is the fields: install and the last number (is that just a unique identifier?)

Does anyone know what those fields do? I guess I don't need help anymore with the rest.
