Custom Code, HTML and PHP Fields

I would like to have a nice looking HTML, CODE and PHP Fileds in my forum how could i do that ?
i saw a thread here in vBteam doing that but i'm not able anymore to find it please help !

yes but i it to hard if the Title of the topic is differente from the Search tags ^^
