Which CSS Style Sheet Editor do you guys and gals use. I was using Top Style trial ( and other versions before that) but now the trial ran out and I don't feel like paying $79.95.Any text editor with syntax highlighting does a job.
Actually Notepad works quite good - there is not THAT much syntax to highlight....I LOVE UltraEdit.
It has a TON of features - including syntax hilighting, FTP, and many many more.Araneae (<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.ornj.net/software/araneae/">http://www.ornj.net/software/araneae/</a><!-- m -->)
It's completely free.Top Style has a lite version that is free. You may find it tough though moving down to a stripped version.I myself use TopStyle and would really hate to use anything else. If you got the $$ to spend, than Top Style is worth every penny. Also like MithrilRain said, you can also keep using their Lite version, it is pretty good toriginally posted by MithrilRain

You only get 20 uses with the Lite version and then you can't use it any longer.Originally posted by Robert_R

I've been using it daily for a couple of years.Originally posted by Fang

I've been using it daily for a couple of years. Do you happen to have it integrated into HTML-kit?I have topstyle 2.51 which I got from a magazine cover disk. It has no time/useage limits.Top Style Lite version 3.10 gives you 20 uses and that's that.
Earlier versions do give you unlimited access.I have been using Top Style Lite 3.10 for a while now and have not had it expire.

Wow, thanks bro! I must've been using some kind of trial version. Because believe me on the opening screen it mentioned 20 uses and for every use the number decreased.I was still using 2.0
3.1 Lite appears to be free This is one I've been messing with for a couple of hours.
It's been ported to mac originaly for Linux, sorry windows this is not for you yet,
It's 100% free
It features syntax highlighting, syntax validation, MDI notebook based interface, quick CSS properties and values insertion, auto-completion and dialog-based insertion of CSS complex values.
The address is here (<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://cssed.sourceforge.net/">http://cssed.sourceforge.net/</a><!-- m -->).No Problem glade to help!!! Is this program easy for newbies to CSS? Or is there something else?It depends on what the anticedent to "this" is but both Top Style and HTML-kit are very easy to use.
