I have a css rollover effect on a site setup, but when i preview it in firefox or ie the image seems go glitch to and from the rollover image when the mouse is rolls over. (i.e. the image disapears for a split second showing the div outline during the rollover)Link so we can see it and look at the code? Sounds like the image is just being loaded. If thats the case you can have a preloader.
