so I have been searching online and on here looking for a solution where I can hover my item and have an arrow appear but overlay the button. I cant get the hover background image to start at the top of the li item and overlap in to the button itself.here is my code pen: http://codepen.io/dalbeck/full/wjgir to demo what I have.
