CSS Formatting Not Showing Up

If you take a look at:

<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.3e-motivations.com/mcp.htm">http://www.3e-motivations.com/mcp.htm</a><!-- m -->

In the first paragraph you will see it is formatted and has proper margins/padding as well as a font color.

However on this page:

<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.3e-motivations.com/jcp.htm">http://www.3e-motivations.com/jcp.htm</a><!-- m -->

The formatting doesnt show up. I checked the CSS and they look identical. Can someone tell me why this style doesn't show up?
