I am using the css file used for the help systems (coua.css) and I make some changes to it according to what I need. I don't know if all of this is relevant, but I'll say it just in case. I alternating between dreamweaver, Frontpage and Notepad.
The problem: I make changes to the p, h4, td, or table tags and nothing happens in Explorer (v6). When I make changes to the body tag then I see the change in the Browser.
On the other hand, when I am working on the css file from within Dreamweaver, the changes to all the above tags are immediately reflected in the design window.
I thought it could be that the css file being used was not the one I was modifying, but when I checked to see if changing attributes of the body tag (in the css) worked, I found that it did, which rules out this possibility.
I am stuck I'll appreciate any ideasUsing DW, if you don't save the .css file, your browser will not reflect your changes. Also, you must reload the page in your browser.Sorry guys, I found the problem. It was stupid. I forgot to put a clossing bracket after my body tag declaration.
Thanks for your hint Aronya1, that has happened to me before, but this time I was careful to save everytime. The details will get ya every time.
